You won’t have to wait for a full moon to rise, Blizzard Entertainment’s “Overwatch Halloween Terror” event is now underway.
The Halloween event is one of the most popular events of the year for Overwatch players. With the event comes a fan favorite, the tower defense mode Junkenstein’s Revenge. Past Halloween skins, emotes, sprays, and other goodies are once again available along with many new tricks and treats.
Blizzard added a few new challenging elements to Junkenstein’s Revenge for those who dare. Each week of the event two new challenges will be added. This first week has players chased by an evil “zomnic” spirit, as well as facing faster “zomnics.” The next challenges will be revealed each week. Original and “endless” modes will also be available. Characters Ashe and Baptiste will also be joining the fray this year.
As mentioned before, past skins, emotes, sprays, icons, and intros will be available in loot boxes. New items are available as well. Weekly challenges with exclusive items for Sombra, Brigitte, and Echo will also be taking place.
