First Series of a New Major Story Arc Available on Free Digital Comics Platform

The new series is the twenty-seventh overall in the Inked franchise, yet Lay a Price represents the start of a major new arc for the comic universe. Based on the actual tattoos of Neymar Jr., the series features a mystical ink that brings the body art of the various heroes and villains to life – including the recognizable lion and tiger tattoos now synonymous with the football star. This new story universe was developed by New York Times-bestselling author and comic and graphic novel creator Jason M. Burns. Having finally saved his sister and reuniting the family safely, Junior must investigate rumors of an underground betting club where players supplied with special ink are now pitting their “tattoos” against each other in a no-holds-barred tournament to the death.
