Bettany and Atwell Join Fellow MCU Star Josh Brolin at NYCC, In Addition to Previously Announced Guests Including Matt Smith, Marisa Tomei, Jodie Whittaker, and More
NORWALK, CT – May 30, 2024 – ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today announced that Paul Bettanyand Hayley Atwell, best known for their roles as Vision and Peggy Carter, respectively, within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, are joining fellow Marvel star Josh Brolin at New York Comic Con 2024. NYCC is returning to the Javits Center in New York City on October 17-20, 2024.
Bettany (WandaVision, Avengers: Infinity War, Solo: A Star Wars Story) will be in attendance on Saturday, October 19 and Sunday, October 20, while Atwell joins Brolin at NYCC on Thursday, October 17 and Friday, October 18. All three stars will be available for Photo Ops and Autographing. Fans who are unable to attend NYCC in person can participate in send-in autograph opportunities through ReedPop’s exclusive autograph partner, SWAU (NYCC).
The news follows the initial guest lineup reveal shared by NYCC earlier this month, which included Matt Smith (Doctor Who, The Crown, House of the Dragon); Marisa Tomei (Spider-Man: No Way Home, My Cousin Vinny); Glynn Carney (House of the Dragon, Dunkirk); Clerks duo Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes; and cast members from fan-favorite films and TV seriesStarship Troopers, Shameless, and Futurama. Comic and literary legends announced to attend NYCC 2024 thus far include Tegan Quinand Sara Quin, Amanda Conner, James Tynion IV, Tomi Adeyemi, Jeff Lemire, Grady Hendrix, Jimmy Palmiotti, R.A. Salvatore, Scott Snyder, Olivie Blake, Art Adams, and Chip Zdarsky.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public for New York Comic Con 2024 on Wednesday, June 26 following presales for Popverse Superfans (Wednesday, June 5) and fans who rolled over their Fan Verification profiles (Sunday, June 9). Fans can sign up to become Popverse Superfans at thepopverse.com.
