The Universal Flaws of Robotics, the third and latest comics anthology from CanonWrite Productions, is launching on Kickstarter on July 14th. This comics anthology collects 19 full-color comics from 24 up-and-coming contributors, including new voices and returning collaborators.
The base goal of the Kickstarter campaign is $9,000, which will be used to pay the contributors, fund the initial paperback print run, and fulfill the pledges. Subsequent stretch goals are planned, with hardcover editions being unlocked at $12,000 and a special “Behind The Scenes” section unlocking at $15,000. At every stretch goal, the contributors will receive a pay bump, so CanonWrite Productions is committed to making this Kickstarter campaign as big as it can be.
For the duration of the Kickstarter, paperback editions of the anthology will be offered at a discounted price of $25. PDF editions are also available, as well as add-ons such as posters, t-shirts, stickers, bookmarks, and commissions from the project’s talented artists. In addition, CanonWrite Productions will be hosting interviews on their YouTube channel (https://youtube.com/@canonwrite) to showcase the various contributors and introduce their work to a wider audience.
