Gothic Nights: A Tale of Scarlet Passion is a horror story full of werewolves, bats and vampires. One vampire in particular Countess Ravnos lies in wait for her attendant to wake her from her slumber in the mist covered castle aloft the mighty Alps.
Gothic Nights was created by Dave Barbour and Tim Vigil for Rebel Studios from 1992 to 1994. Around 2005, they decided to expand the story within the comic, accumulating over 60 pages of new story and art.
Gothic Nights brings the flavor of Hammer and Universal Pictures’ monster movies to the comics. The artwork is Tim Vigil’s masterpiece, showcasing all the skills he learned from his acclaimed work on “Faust: Love of the Damned” and the praise from fan collectors, giving his all to this horror drama.
