Dizzy joins Chipper and The Rollers to Battle Challenges on the Inside and Out This December 2021
LOS ANGELES, CA (November 29, 2021) – BOOM! Studios today revealed the first look of the original four-issue limited series, GETTING DIZZY #2, from New York Times bestselling author Shea Fontana (DC Super Hero Girls, Wonder Woman Rebirth), acclaimed artist Celia Moscote (Juliet Takes A Breath), colorist Gloria Martinelli (Specter Inspectors), and letterer Jim Campbell (Power Rangers), with a superhero story that reveals a true hero is nothing without her friends, available in December 2021.
Dizzy joins with Chipper and The Rollers to master her new powers as the ‘Burb Defender—or rather, learn not to crash every time she puts on her skates. Even in a negative funk the next day after seeing footage of her sub-par skating skills, Dizzy notices Scarlett, a sweet, talented member of the Rollers, acting incredibly mean. It turns out that Scarlett has been infected by a Negatrix! Dizzy and her friends devise a plan to free Scarlett from the Negatrix influence, but are the Negatrixes only scared off…and still out there somewhere?
GETTING DIZZY #2 features main cover art by series artist Moscote, and variant cover art by Cara McGee (Star Wars) and Jorge Corona (Nightwing) with colors by Sarah Stern.
