Original Devil’s Due bullpen comics creator Tim Seeley has a very special project happening right now, and we wanted to give it a special shout out. This project is not affiliated with Devil’s Due, but we wanted to share the news. This project is sure to kick serious ass and crack some skulls! (for “Mature Readers”) Fans of Mercy Sparx may also know Cassie Hack from the 2010 crossover “A Slice of Hell”.
Tim Seeley has Launched the “Big Hack Energy” Hack/Slash Hardcover on Kickstarter

CHICAGO – Sixteen years ago the cult comic book sensation Hack/Slash was unleashed on the world, and now the extremely popular Omnibus (vol. 1) is being re-released as an oversized, prestige hardcover edition. The “Big Hack Energy” edition comes in at 7.5” x 11”, containing over 400 pages, and features two cover options – a VHS cassette inspired homage by creator Tim Seeley, and a kickstarter exclusive variant by original title artist Stefano Caselli, featuring an ALL NEW short story written and drawn by the Cassie Hack creator himself, Tim Seeley!
“People have been asking me for years when we’re going to release hardcover editions of the Hack/Slash collections, and it’s finally here,” says Seeley. “Hopefully this is just the first of many.”
Rewards Include a T-Shirt featuring the original, now classic Hack/Slash logo, Enamel Pins featuring star characters Cassie Hack and Vlad, as well as Cassie’s famous “Kiss it” bat, Face Masks mimicking Vlad’s own, and Seeley’s original art from the new short story.
