Eisner Award Hall of Fame recipient Howard Chaykin (American Flagg! Hey Kids! Comics!, The Divided States of Hysteria) has completed his graphically experimental, narratively daring, and visually explosive narrative TIME², which captures his personal passions including jazz music, romance, graphic design, crime fiction, and overall debauchery.
According to Chaykin, “the core narrative elements of the books are derived from my childhood’s observations of Times Square, Broadway, and the bohemiana of Greenwich Village.”
In addition to remastered versions of the long-out-of-print first two volumes, The Epiphany and The Satisfaction of Black Mariah, the TIME² Omnibus completes the trilogy with the new 48-page volume Hallowed Groundº, plus many never-before-seen extras.
TIME² Omnibus is available at comic book specialty stores, bookstores, and e-tailers on February 14, 2024.
