Artist Andrew Thomas, colourist Donovan Yaciuk and Chapterhouse Publishing are just hitting it out of the park with yet ANOTHER new limited edition variant cover for Captain Canuck #1. Exclusively sold directly by artist Andrew Thomas this version portrays a gender-bending Ms. Canuck! This variant is even more limited at only 200 issues printed.

Captain Canuck Vol. 3 #1  features the continuation of the The Chapterverse. “Tom Evans has walked away from Equilibrium, his brother Michael, and the mantle of Captain Canuck, choosing to return instead to a simple life on the reservation near Flin Flon where he grew up. What a terrible time for an extraterrestrial incursion!”

Andrew Thomas is cartoonist and illustrator from Mississauga, Ontario with 5 years of experience in the entertainment, publishing and commercial industries. He has illustrated covers and interiors for books such as Captain Canuck, PostHuman, Auroraman, as well as his co-creation with writer Davis Dewsbury: popular Canadian superhero, Auric of the Great White North. In addition to illustration, Andrew is also the Chapterhouse Comics letterer with credits including Captain Canuck, Northguard, Agents of P.A.C.T, Freelance, Die Kitty Die and more! Andrew is also part of the creative team behind the Captain Canuck Free Comic Book Day edition, co-written by actor Jay Baruchel.

Martin is a founding member of the Canadian Comic Book Alliance. In his various adventures, Martin has demonstrated an innate ability to spell “Erik Larsen” incorrectly.

Martin’s “day job” is owner of Shaw Computer Systems Inc., an Information Technology consultancy firm in Peterborough, ON, specializing in Managed Services for small to mid-sized businesses since 1980.

In the past, Martin served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve as a member of the Cadet Instructors List (Cadre), reaching the Queen’s Commissioned rank of Captain, was awarded a Baronship of Sealand, and was ordained as a Reverend in the Universal Life Church while watching an episode of Monster Garage.
