Bobby Lashley has been legitimately hurt since Royal Rumble. Lashley suffered the injury during his WWE Title match with Brock Lesnar last month. He hasn’t wrestled on WWE Raw since then. Lashley will most likely require shoulder surgery, which would keep him out of action for around four months.
