Clay Adams of Fried Comics (Red X-Mas, Deadskins, PBOW) and David Schrader (Baby Badass, Henchman) curate original horror stories from a veritable who’s who of indie comics.
(Los Angeles, CA) – November 1, 2021 – Hot off the success of the first Nightmare Theater anthology, which raised nearly $30,000 across crowdfunding platforms, Bloodline Comics, the collaboration between Fried Comics co-founder Clay Adams and Baby Badass co-creator and writer David Schrader, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for the sequel. Nightmare Theater 2 is a 125+ page book starring demons, Lovecraftian monsters, psycho killers and more.
“It’s a fresh film festival of souls presented by the horror hostess with the mostess, Shelley Poe Stoker, and her malevolent minions, The Welder and Eerie Erin,” says David Schrader. “Settle into your seats… it‘s going to be a real horror show.”
This time around, twenty amazing comic teams come together to present an all-new collection of spine-tingling terror and horror movie-inspired gore. Writers include Rich Douek (Road of Bones, Sea of Sorrows), Malissa White (Nightmare Reloaded), Shawn Gabborin (Puppet Master, Let’s All Die!), Kat Calamia (Like Father, Like Daughter), Dave Dwonch (Prom of the Dead), Richard Fairgray (Black Sand Beach, Blastosaurus), James Powell (House of Fear), M.L.
