SUMMARY: Communicating at last, Captain Canuck and the alien creature now known as Pharos must join forces to confront the power behind the sinister HALO organization.
COMMENTS: This was a fun issue and put everything in prospective. It tied up the relationship between Tom and Michael. It explained Pharos and his contention to Captain Canuck. It dealt with HALO and the Equilibrium and found a way for them to work together. The story pulled in Northguard and PACT to make this a true Chapterverse crossover.
