American Mythology Productions (AM) will again be one of the featured publishers at this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con, hailed as “America’s Greatest Comic Book Convention” as it enters its historic 20th exciting year. Just in time for Halloween, the publisher is bringing the horror to this year’s convention with new offerings such as Victor Crowley’s Hatchet Halloween Tales, the company’s original scare-fest comic Beware The Witch’s Shadow, and their ongoing celebration of one of the greatest masked heroes of all time – Zorro! AM will be proudly displaying their newly minted massive hard cover epic salute to the hero – The Mark of Zorro – 100 Years of the Masked Avenger! The convention has been a staple in the Baltimore community for many years and continues to grow in popularity, attracting fans and comic book professionals from all over the country.
AM’s complete and diverse collection of titles will be on display at the convention, ranging from their hit all-ages comic lines of The Three Stooges, Casper the Friendly Ghost, Underdog, Rocky & Bullwinkle, and their recent additions of comedy legends Laurel & Hardy, and internet sensation Oggy & the Cockroaches. The new tales of classic characters continue to delight fans of all ages as the excitement continues to build towards the company’s first in-house cross over event as The Three Stooges meet Laurel & Hardy for a one-time history-making, laugh-out-loud, fun-filled issue spectacular coming this November. The stories co-writer, James Kuhoric, will be on hand at the convention to give fans a sneak peek of the monumental meeting.
“This convention is an East Coast comic book tradition which American Mythology is proud to be a part of,” said Barlow Jones, Marketing Manager with American Mythology. “We’ve been attending this convention since our first book rolled out, and we’re honored to be around for the convention’s 20th anniversary celebration. It’s a great chance for us to meet with our readers and thank them for their support. We’ve got some awesome surprises coming for fans leading into 2020, and we can’t wait to start talking about them. Don’t forget to stop and see us at booth #2303 and come talk comics. We’re still the publisher ‘for fans by fans’, and our creators love meeting new friends!”
