DARE was created by former Disney screenwriter and Forbes columnist Michael Seltzer & Charles Borg and published by Felipe Cagno, the industry veteran behind The Few and Cursed series featuring the alluring Redhead and other titles like 321: Fast Comics and One-Eyed Jack.
