Comments: Simon is a three-year-old with two loving parents and an older brother, Oscar. Simon does come up with some insightful thoughts and, yes, some weird ones. Some make no sense at all. Others, yes, you can see the logic in them.
Simon does have the strangest thoughts. Every day his mind is going and what he thinks of will stun you.
The art is nice and simple and very colorful. The family is drawn looking happy together.
Some of Simon’s interpretations are gross. Some statements are just stupid or silly. Through it all, you can tell Simon is loved. His family puts up with everything he does and says looks after him and continues to love him.
Simon is like any young boy who wants it all and has no idea what he wants. He cares about his parents and hates his brother. He loves animals and toys and of course candy.
This is a fun entertaining book that parents will find enjoyable.
