ECCC Guests Will Be Given Early Access to Play Both Games Prior to Global Launches
NORWALK, CT – January 25, 2024 – Gamers, unite! ReedPop, the world’s leading producer of pop culture events, today announced that Emerald City Comic Con (ECCC) and gaming partner Zulu’s Board Game Cafe are bringing the highly anticipated games Star Wars: Unlimitedand Wyrmspan to this year’s show, giving guests a chance to play never before seen content ahead of their releases in March.
Star Wars: Unlimited is a brand-new Star Wars card game that features iconic heroes, villains, ships, and settings, in a fast-paced, dynamic game that is both easy to learn and strategically deep. At ECCC, fans will be the first to play Star Wars: Unlimited on Thursday, February 29, before its global release March 8th.
Launching at retailers worldwide in late March,Wyrmspan is the follow-up game to the popular board game Wingspan. In this new version, players can build a sanctuary for dragons of all shapes and sizes, and fans will have the first chance to purchase the game directly at ECCC.
Both Star Wars: Unlimited and Wyrmspan will be available for purchase at Zulu’s Board Game Cafe’s booth on the third floor at the show.
At ECCC, fans can interact with award-winning comic artists, anime voice actors, and their favorite celebrities, all while celebrating pop culture with other fans and discovering exclusive merchandise and unique artwork. Fans can explore the Show Floor, experience an array of panels, check out their favorite or discover new creators on Artist Alley, and meet some of their favorite on-screen talent in real life!
Tickets are on sale for the general public for ECCC 2024, with multi-day and single-day options available.
