SECOND SIGHT STUDIOS brings a 3 issue black and white miniseries comic project to Kickstarter!
THESE. DAMN. KIDS! is a 3 issue, 24 page Black and White mini-series that takes place in Vicksburg, Mississippi . In a small town in Vicksburg, Mississippi the children have been acting strange. There have been reports of parents being attacked by the very children they raised. Some have even gone to school to try and kill the teachers and faculty. The town sheriff has brought in a young rookie cop, Gary Marshall, to help with what’s going on and hopefully get to the bottom of why it’s happening.
As you may have noticed by the similar named characters, this is a prequel to my other title LEAVE ON THE LIGHT. This series we see Gary Marshall a lot younger before he became the Hero cop on the case in LEAVE ON THE LIGHT. After several months of plotting, and scripting out the first issue script , we have started drawing out the first issue. It’s a project we’re very excited about. However, “As independent creators, and having full time jobs and families our everyday life limit our ability to fund the project ourselves. Therefore, Bradley Golden, Peter Breau, Helmut Racho, and Hector Negrete have taken our ideas to Kickstarter in an attempt to raise $2,500.00 in 30 days.
Kickstarter campaigns operate under an “all-or-nothing” funding model so if the New Ciaro project doesn’t reach it’s goal at the end of 60 days then it might be years before you’ll see it on the market.
