Comments: A woman is out rowing in this post-apocalyptic world. The world as we know it is a mess of destruction. Something devastating happened to it. It is a mystery what that something is.
The woman’s plans change and Maceo gets a guest. He is nice and shows her around while she has an attitude. She is Ezmerelda. So Mace and Ezzy do end up chatting a bit.
The art fits the story just right. These two teens have a world to explore and they do grow up in it as adults well Mace has definitely grown as a man and become fearless. Mezzy well we will just have to see how this tough girl has blossomed.
Mace finds out that opening a door can lead to so many things and so many changes.
Mace and Mezzy do start out together on an adventure. Mezzy is not all that willing to have a companion yet Mace will they stay together. Well years later… the more things change the more they stay the same.
The future is now and things are violent and the action is exciting.
This is the beginning of one adventure not to be missed. It is going to be a wild ride.
